Electrostatic coating processing guide

1.清除制件表面的所有銳邊和毛刺，防止涂層產(chǎn)生針孔等缺陷。 All sharp edges and burrs on the metal surface should be removed in order to avoid pin holes in the coating.
2.首先用表面處理劑或者高溫對金屬制件進(jìn)行脫脂除油，然后用干凈的氧化鋁砂對制件表面進(jìn)行噴砂處理。 First degrease the metal part with surface agent or heating,and then sand blast the metal surface with clean alumina sand .
3.清潔處理過的基材必須加熱至320~350℃并保持約1小時，然后進(jìn)行粉末噴涂，將粉末均勻涂覆在制件表面，并在320~350℃溫度下烘烤成膜。每層涂層的噴涂時間應(yīng)控制在10分鐘內(nèi)，如果表面沉積白色未熔粉末，則須停止該區(qū)域的粉末噴涂操作，工件溫度不得低于320℃。 The clean treated substrate must be heated to 320~350℃ for about 1 hour before first coating,to apply KSTONE coatings evenly,flow out the coating at 320~350℃.The coating time should be limited to 10 mins for every layer.Powder coating must be stop if there is white unmelting powder deposited on the surface,the oven temperature should never be below 320℃.
4.重復(fù)上述步驟3,直到達(dá)到目標(biāo)厚度，最后冷卻成膜。 Repeat the above step 3 until the target thickness is reached,and then cool to room temperature finally.
5.進(jìn)行質(zhì)量檢測，最后入庫待運(yùn)。 Then carry out for quality detection,and finally put into storage for delivery.
